Since the terrorist military council took over, the human rights violations of not only Kachin state but the whole of Myanmar have been increasing day by day. Through KHRW’s monitoring, human rights violations in Kachin State are being arbitrarily arrested and detained day by day, Due to the military council’s indiscriminate firing with large and small weapons, civilians are injured and killed, and basic human rights are being violated every day. Day by day, Myanmar is losing a lot of people’s hopes of human affairs. The painting described here is not only the civilians of Kachin State but also the people in Myanmar who are losing their basic human rights without feeling. It is a painting crying for to get human rights.

အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီကောင်သိမ်းသည့် အချိန်မှ စတင်ပြီး ကချင်ပြည်နယ်သာမက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတစ်၀န်းလုံးရှိ ပြည်သူ/သားများ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုသည် တစ်ရက်ထက် တစ်ရက် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်ခံရမှု ပိုမိုများပြားလာပါသည်။ KHRW ၏ စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်းဖြင့် ကချင်ပြည်နယ်အတွင်း လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုသည် တစ်နေ့ထက် တစ်နေ့ မတရားဖမ်းဆီးခံရခြင်း၊ စစ်ကောင်စီမှ လက်နက်ကြီးငယ်ဖြင့် ရမ်းသမ်းပစ်ခတ်မှုကြောင့် ပြည်သူလူထုများ ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရခြင်း သေဆုံးရခြင်းနှင့် လူသားများ၏ အခြေခံအခွင့်အရေးများကို နေ့စဉ်နဲ့အမျှ ဆက်လက်ချိုးဖောက်ခံ နေရပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် တစ်နေ့ထက်တစ်နေ့ ပြည်သူလူများ၏ လူ့အခွင်းအရေးများ၏ မျှော်လင့်ချက်များနဲ့အတူ ရှုံးဆုံးမှုများ များစွာဆုံးရှုံးနေရသည်။ ယခုဖော်ပြထားသော ပန်းချီကားချပ်သည် ကချင်ပြည်နယ် ပြည်သူ/သားများသာမက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာရှိနေသည့် ပြည်သူလုထူများ အခြေခံလူ့အခွင့်အရေးများ ခံစားမှုမရှိဘဲ ဆုံးရှုံးနေရပြီး၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးရရှိဖို့ရန် မျှော်လင့်တောင်း ငိုးကြွေးနေသည့် ပန်းချီကားချပ်ကာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
